以国家黑土肥力与肥料效益监测基地的长期定位施肥试验为平台,从土壤团聚体微环境的角度研究施肥对黑土团聚体有机磷含量及其组分的影响.结果表明,施有机肥显著增加不同粒级团聚体有机磷含量以及活性有机磷(LOP)、中等活性有机磷(MLOP)和中稳性有机磷(MROP)含量.黑土有机磷主要分布在<0.25 mm的微团聚体中,团聚体中等活性有机磷是团聚体有机磷的主体,有机物料的施入可以促进土壤有机磷向活性较高的形态转化,有利于提高土壤磷素的有效性.
Abstract
This study investigated the influence of long-term localized fertilization on the content and fractions of organic phosphorus in black soil aggregates from the perspective of soil aggregate microenvironment.The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer significantly increased the content of organic phosphorus,labile or-ganic phosphorus(LOP),moderate labile organic phosphorus(MLOP)and moderate resistant organic phosphorus(MROP)in different size aggregates.Organic phosphorus was mainly distributed in microaggregates(<0.25 mm).MLOP was the main organic phosphorus in aggregates.The application of organic materials can promote the transfor-mation of soil organic phosphorus into more active forms,thereby enhancing the availability of soil phosphorus.
