新型增效氮肥的创制及在玉米上的应用效果研究

以正丁基硫代磷酸三胺(NBPT)和正丙基硫代磷酰三胺(NPPT)为原料,采用湿法砂磨工艺制备出微晶悬浮包覆剂新剂型,并对大颗粒尿素进行包膜处理,制备NBPTSC、NPPTSC、NBPTSC+NPPTSC(7:3)3种增效氮肥.新型增效氮肥的玉米田间应用效果表明,与尿素相比,施用新型增效氮肥均可以有效提高玉米产量和氮肥利用率,其中,NBPTSC+NPPTSC增效氮肥处理组最优.新型增效氮肥能显著提高黑土区玉米产量及改善氮素吸收利用,减少土壤作物系统氨挥发,降低土壤中无机氮残留,为新型增效氮肥在黑土区的推广提供理论依据.
Research on the Creation of New Synergistic Nitrogen Fertilizer and its Application Effect on Maize
Using n-butyl phosphorothioic acid triamine(NBPT)and n-propyl phosphorothioic acid triamine(NPPT)as raw materials,a new form of microcrystalline suspension coating agent was prepared by wet sanding pro-cess and large grain urea coating treatment.They were designated as NBPTSC,NPPTSC and NBPTSC+NPPTSC(7:3).Field application results indicated that all new synergistic nitrogen fertilizers significantly improved corn yield and nitrogen utilization efficiency compared to urea.Among the treatments,NBPTSC+NPPTSC was the most effec-tive.These new efficient nitrogen fertilizers significantly increase corn yield and nitrogen uptake in black soil re-gions,reduce ammonia volatilization,and lower inorganic nitrogen residues in soil-crop systems,providing a theoret-ical basis for their promotion in black soil areas.
