Study on the Influencing Factors of Corn Farmers'Adoption Behavior of Black Land Conservation Technology in Heilongjiang Province
By organizing 298 survey data from 6 municipal areas in Heilongjiang Province,descriptive statisti-cal analysis was conducted from four aspects:personal characteristics,family characteristics,cognitive characteris-tics,and policy characteristics.Based on the theory of agricultural sustainable Development theory,the theory of farmers'behavior and the theory of ecological economy,combined with the results of descriptive statistical analysis,15 indicators such as age,education level and cultivated land quality were finally selected for empirical analysis us-ing the binary probit regression model.The results showed that 11 indicators,including education level,labor force quantity,understanding of black land protection policies,and subsidies,of corn growers passed the significance test.The quality of arable land of corn growers had a negative impact on their adoption behavior,while the other 10 indi-cators had a positive impact on their adoption behavior.Among them,the education level of corn growers,whether they are satisfied with straw return,less tillage and no tillage The significant subsidy amount for grain rotation at the 1%level is a deep-seated influencing factor for its adoption of black land protection and utilization technology.Based on the above research,this article proposes relevant policy recommendations from three aspects:improving the technology promotion system,improving technology related policies,and strengthening technology promotion ef-forts.
