摘要
双单倍体育种技术在玉米育种中应用广泛,糯玉米育种中常用的单倍体诱导系均为硬粒型,与糯玉米杂交后子粒呈角质状,不利于标记识别.通过构建诱导系×糯玉米自交系的F2∶3群体,利用分子标记辅助选择技术和"双诱导"技术,实现糯质诱导系快速创制.结果表明,吉糯诱15(诱导率8.6%)在28个新糯质单倍体诱导系中综合性状最好,可为糯玉米单倍体育种提升效率.
Abstract
Double haploid breeding technology has been widely used in maize breeding.The haploid induction lines commonly used in waxy maize breeding are all flint maize,the F1 kernels are also flint maize after crossing with waxy maize,not favorable to the marker identification.In this study,waxy inducer lines were selected to improve the efficiency of waxy maize haploid breeding.By constructing F2∶3 population of inducer line × waxy maize inbred line,using molecular marker-assisted selection technique and"double induction"technique,the waxy inducer lines were quickly created.The results showed that"Jinuoyou15"(with an induction rate of 8.6%)had the best compre-hensive character among the 28 new waxy haploid induction lines,and could improve the efficiency of waxy maize haploid breeding.
