转基因抗虫玉米庇护种植策略对害虫种群及玉米产量的影响

采用结构庇护策略种植转基因玉米"双抗12-5"及其对照品种"宏硕899",以种子混合庇护策略种植转基因玉米"C0030.3.5"及其对照品种"C0010.1.1",研究转基因玉米及两种种植策略对玉米主要害虫种群及产量的影响.结果表明,两种庇护所玉米田主要鳞翅目害虫均为玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis和棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera,且害虫发生数量无显著差异.两种庇护所对玉米主要害虫均具有明显的控制作用,4种玉米材料不同生育期害虫发生数量不同,6叶期到10叶期(V6-V1O)未见害虫发生,乳熟期到成熟期(R3-R6)害虫发生数量最多.转基因抗虫玉米对害虫具有很好的控制作用,控制效果在87.04%以上,双抗12-5可提高玉米产量10.24%以上,C0030.3.5在8.41%以上.结构庇护所和种子混合庇护所转基因玉米具有很好的控制害虫和提高产量的作用.
Effects of Bt Maize on Target Pests and the Yield
To clarify the effects of Bt maize and two shelter strategies on target pests and yield,Double Resis-tance 12-5 and its non-Bt control Hongshuo899 were planted by strip block refuges,C0030.3.5 and its control C00 10.1.1 were planted by seed mixtures.The results showed that Ostrinia furnacalis and Helicoverpa armigera were the dominant pests.There was no significant difference in the number of pests between strip blocks and seed mixtures.Strip blocks and seed mixtures had obvious control effect on the pests.The number of pests in different growth period of four maize hybrids was significantly different.No pests were found in V6-V10,while there was the highest number in R3-R6,Bt maize has a good control effect on target pests,the control effect was above 87.04%.Double resistance 12-5 and C0030.3.5 could increase maize yield above 10.24%and 8.41%.Bt maize with strip blocks and seed mixtures has a good effect on controlling pests and increasing yield.
