基于DEA-SBM模型的吉林省玉米品种生产效率分析

本文选取2020-2022年吉林省15个主栽玉米品种,运用DEA-SBM模型进行生产效率分析.实证研究表明,吉林省玉米品种生产实践中表现较好的是翔玉998、良玉99、翔玉211、郑单958,表现优良的玉米品种中吉林省本土品种所占比例不高,玉米品种市场竞争力较弱,种业发展水平相对滞后.对于非有效玉米品种而言,单纯提高某种生产要素并不能有效改变生产效率,需要全要素合理有效配置才能实现整体效率的提升.因此,需要提高现代育种技术水平、发展高效种植技术、培育本土现代种业集团,最终提升吉林省种业竞争力.
Analysis of Production Efficiency of Corn Varieties in Jilin Province Using the DEA-SBM Model
Fifteen main planted corn varieties in Jilin Province in 2020-2022 are selected and analyzed for the production efficiency using the DEA-SBM model.The empirical study shows that Xiangyu998,Liangyu 99,Xiangyu211,and Zhengdan958 perform well in production practices.However,the proportion of high-performing corn varieties among local varieties in Jilin Province is low,indicating weak market competitiveness and a relatively lagging of the seed industry development.For non-efficient corn varieties,merely improving individual production factors does not effectively enhance production efficiency,a reasonable and effective allocation of all factors is nec-essary to achieve the overall efficiency of the enhancement.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the level of modern breeding technology,develop efficient planting techniques,and cultivate local modern seed industry groups to ulti-mately enhance the competitiveness of Jilin Province's seed industry.
