摘要

早复极既往长期被认为是一种良性的心电图改变,且在人群中有较高的发生率.近年来发现早复极波/早复极综合征是可以首发表现为晕厥乃至猝死的遗传相关性疾病,严重威胁患者的生命健康安全.因此加强对早复极综合征认知迫在眉睫.而目前关于早复极综合征的细胞学机制是复极化还是除极化问题、遗传背景以及如何识别高危早复极等问题尚未完全清楚.文章结合早复极波及早复极综合征的最新研究进展做系统性综述.

Abstract

Early repolarization has long been considered as a benign ECG and has a high incidence in general pop-ulation.In recent years,it has been found that early repolarization/early repolarization syndrome is a genetic-related disease that can manifest as syncope or even sudden cardiac death at the first presentation,which seriously threatens the life and health of the patients.Therefore,it is imminent to strengthen the understanding of early repolarization syndrome.However,it is not completely clear whether the cellular mechanism of early repolarization syndrome is repolarization or depolarization,genetic background,and how to identify high-risk early repolarization.Therefore,the article systematically reviewed the lat-est research progress on early repolarization and early repolarization syndrome.
