摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类转录本长度大于200 nt的不编码蛋白质的RNA 分子,其在肿瘤发展过程中的作用目前正被广泛研究.lncRNA Linc00467 是一种新发现的lncRNA,且已被证实在肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌等多种肿瘤中均有异常表达.其可调节肿瘤细胞的恶性进程,并影响患者的生存及预后,是与多种恶性肿瘤相关的癌基因.笔者结合目前已有报道,对 Linc00467 在恶性肿瘤中的作用及其机制研究进展作一综述,以期为Linc00467 更全面的研究提供帮助.
Abstract
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of RNA molecule with transcript length greater than 200 nt,which does not code for protein.Its role in the development of tumor has been widely studied.LncRNA Linc00467 is a new-ly discovered lncRNA,and it has been confirmed that it has abnormal expression in liver cancer,stomach cancer,lung canc-er,colorectal cancer and other tumors.It can regulate the malignant process of tumor cells and affect the survival and prog-nosis of patients.It is an oncogene related to many malignant tumors.Combined with the existing reports,the author re-viewed the research progress of the role and mechanism of Linc00467 in malignant tumors,in order to provide help for the more comprehensive research of Linc00467.
