影像组学在肺癌中的应用研究进展

摘要
肺癌是我国最常见的癌症类型,也是癌症死亡的主要疾病.早期诊断和鉴别是对肺癌精准治疗的重要影响因素.医学影像学检查具有简便、直观及无创的优点,是临床诊断肺癌的常用手段,近年来大量研究评估了影像组学对肺癌的诊断和鉴别的价值.文章介绍影像组学的工作流程,并对其在肿瘤鉴别和诊断、评估基因突变状态、治疗后疗效评估以及预后预测方面的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Lung cancer is the most common type of cancer in China and the main cause of cancer death.Early di-agnosis and differentiation are important influencing factors for precise treatment of lung cancer.Medical imaging examina-tion has the advantages of simplicity,intuition and non-invasive,and is a common means of clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.In recent years,a large number of studies have evaluated the value of imageomics in the diagnosis and differentia-tion of lung cancer.The article provides a retrospective analysis of the workflow of imaging omics,the identification and di-agnosis of tumors,the evaluation of gene mutation status,post treatment efficacy evaluation,and research progress in prognosis prediction.
