Gastric cancer is an important cause threatening human life and health,and it is of great significance to explore the mechanism of its occurrence and development.A large number of studies have shown that microRNAs(miR-NAs)play an important role in the growth,invasion,metastasis,chemotherapy resistance,diagnosis and prognosis of vari-ous cancers.miR-145 and its encoded Mir-145-5P are involved in the biological processes of gastric cancer,including prolif-eration,apoptosis,migration,invasion,angiogenesis and treatment resistance,by regulating target genes or signal transduc-tion.This article reviewed the role of miR-145 in gastric cancer and its related treatment and chemotherapy resistance,in or-der to provide new ideas for the treatment of gastric cancer.
