外泌体检测在同种器官移植排斥反应中的应用进展

Progress in the application of exosome detection in rejection after allogeneic organ transplantation

实体器官移植是终末期器官衰竭最有效的治疗方法,然而移植后排斥反应会对移植器官造成损伤,减少移植物存活时间.近年来,液体活检成为一种检测和诊断排斥反应的重要手段,其中外泌体的研究尤其受到关注.外泌体作为生物标志物,具有非侵入性、诊断准确性高等优点,可用于诊断移植排斥反应.文章就外泌体检测在同种器官(包括肾、肺、心脏、肝脏等)移植排斥反应中的研究进展进行综述.
Solid organ transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage organ failure.However,post-transplant rejection can damage the transplanted organ and reduce the survival time of the transplant.In recent years,liquid biopsy has become an important means for detecting and diagnosing rejection reactions,with particular attention paid to the study of exosomes.As biomarkers,exosomes have the advantages of being non-invasive and highly accurate in diagnosis,and can be used to diagnose transplant rejection.This article reviews the research progress of exosome detection in alloge-neic organ transplant rejection,including kidneys,lungs,hearts,livers,etc.
