胃癌与血脂及脂蛋白的相关性研究进展

摘要
血脂水平异常可诱发癌细胞产生较多的促癌氧化胆固醇,从而增加胃癌的发生风险.脂蛋白参与细胞的包装、储存、运输和代谢,研究发现,其代谢紊乱也可能是引发胃癌的相关因素.文章就血脂及脂蛋白水平与胃癌的相关研究进展予以综述,以期为胃癌的精准治疗提供新思路,同时为胃癌与血脂及脂蛋白相关性研究提供新的方向.
Abstract
Abnormal blood lipid levels can induce cancer cells to produce more cancer-promoting oxidized choles-terol,thus increasing the risk of gastric cancer.Lipoproteins are involved in the packaging,storage,transportation and me-tabolism of cells,and studies have found that their metabolism disorders may also be related to the risk of gastric cancer.This article reviews the research progress of serum lipid and lipoprotein levels and gastric cancer,in order to provide new ideas for the accurate treatment of gastric cancer,and provide a new direction for the study of the correlation between gas-tric cancer and lipid and lipoprotein.
