The human immune system maintains dynamic balance at all times.When the immune system is disorder-ed,it can lead to acute and chronic inflammatory diseases,autoimmune diseases,graft versus host disease(GVHD)and oth-er immune-related diseases.Regulatory T cells(Treg)are a subset of CD4+helper T cells,which play an important role in maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing autoimmune diseases.In view of this,the article reviews the physiological mechanism,immunotherapy methods and the value of targeted therapy of Treg cells,aiming to provide useful reference for the subsequent immunotherapy strategies of Treg cells.
