摘要
将职业教育、高等教育、继续教育(简称"三教")整合到一起进行系统谋划、一体推进,对于加快建设高质量教育体系、全面提高人才自主培养质量、办好人民满意的教育,具有非常重要的时代意义,统筹"三教"协同是党中央作出的重大战略部署,是建设高质量教育体系的必然要求,这不仅为职业教育、高等教育、继续教育发展确定了新的战略方向和目标任务,也为开放教育高质量发展提出了新命题、开辟了新赛道.
Abstract
Integrating vocational education,higher education,and continuing education(referred to as the"three educations")for systematic planning and unified advancement holds significant importance in accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system and improving the quality of talent cultivation to deliver satisfactory education to people.Coordinating the collaboration among the"three educations"is a major strategic initiative made by the CPC Central Committee,and is an inevitable requirement for building a high-quality education system.This not only establishes new strategic directions and goals for the development of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education,but also presents new propositions and opens new pathways for the high-quality development of open education.
