摘要
在技能型社会背景下,"1+X"证书制度是培养现代化高素质技术技能人才重要途径,是实现高质量发展的重要举措,能够有效促进现代职业教育体系的构建.从"1+X"证书制度视角出发,通过制定人才培养方案、重构课程体系、深化"三教改革"、强化实践训练、建立综合评价体系等方面,探索将"1+X"证书制度有效融入旅游职业教育人才培养全过程的具体路径,助推技能型社会建设.
Abstract
In the context of skill-oriented society,the"1+X"certificate system becomes an important pathway for cultivating modern high-quality technical talents,a significant measure for achieving high-quality development,thereby effectively promoting the construction of modern vocational education.From the perspective of the"1+X"certificate system,the study explores specific strategies to effectively integrate it into the entire cultivation process in tourism vocation education,through formulating talent cultivation programs,restructuring curriculum systems,deepening the"reforms on faculties,teaching materials,and teaching methods",strengthening practical training,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system.These strategies will further advance the construction of a skill-oriented society.
