摘要
以近期热映影片《长安三万里》受好评的原因分析为参照,分析新时代烟草企业思想政治工作形势任务,从"基因解码"与守正创新、品牌营销"时尚变装"、企业文化加速"破圈"三方面提出烟草企业发挥优秀传统文化作用,进一步树立文化自信的思考.
Abstract
Taking the recent success of the film"Chang An"as a reference,this study analyzes the current situation and tasks of ideological and political work within tobacco enterprises in the new era.It proposes three aspects for tobacco enterprises to leverage outstanding traditional culture:"decoding the genetic makeup"while adhering to tradition and innovating,"stylish transformation"in brand marketing,and accelerating"breaking boundaries"in corporate culture,aiming to further build up cultural confidence.
