Empowering the Ideological and Political Education Development in Southeast Asian Language Curriculum with the Concept of"Global Competence"

摘要
云南省作为南亚东南亚辐射中心,是培养同东南亚国家友好往来的国际现代化人才的重要阵地.近年来,在东南亚语人才培养上实现课程思政转型的精准度仍不足.将"全球胜任力"理念赋能东南亚语课程思政之中,分析建构促成文化理解、捍卫政治意志、提升沟通能力的融合理论;在夯实语言的基础上,以问题意识为导向,全面提升师资综合能力、充实教材内容、组织多元教学活动,强化合作能力和责任意识,探索全新实践模式.东南亚语专业教育不仅要关注如何提升学生的语言能力,更应注重培养学生的跨文化交流能力、国际视野和社会责任.
Abstract
Yunnan Province,as a pivot region of China's opening-up to South and Southeast Asia,plays a crucial role in developing modern international talents who can promote friendly relations with Southeast Asian countries.In recent years,transformation of the ideological and political education in Southeast Asian language training has not yet achieved the desired precision.This study explores em-powering Southeast Asian language courses with the concept of"global competence",focusing on analysing and building an integrated theoretical framework that promotes cultural understanding,defends political will,and improves communication skills.The study also explores a new practice model that is built on the solid language competence and oriented by problem awareness,to comprehensively improve faculty capabilities,enrich teaching content,organize diverse teaching activities,and strengthen cooperation capacity and a sense of responsibility.It further suggests that Southeast Asian language education should prioritize in not only improving students'language proficiency but also developing their intercultural communication abilities,international perspectives,and social responsibility.
