摘要

推进社会治理是国家近年来重要的政策导向.社区治理是社会治理的基础.社区教育是社区治理的一种有效途径与载体.助力社区治理是社区教育的任务,也是社会发展赋予社区教育新的功能与使命.社区居民通过社区教育积极参与社区治理、建构社区治理共同体,能够反哺社区教育、助推社区教育高质量发展.在项目制调研的基础上,发现社区教育助力社区治理有六个方面的实践功能.基于问题分析提出社区教育助力社区治理的策略,包括创新终身学习模式,深化社区教育内涵;发挥社区教育机构的作用,凸显教育的价值;建构社区治理共同体,提升社区自组织水平;引导多元主体参与,构筑新型社区治理体系.

Abstract

Promoting social governance has been an important national policy direction in recent years.Community governance is the foundation of social governance,while community education serves as an effective way and carrier of community governance.Assisting community governance is a task for community education,as well as a new function and mission as mandated by social development.Through community education,community residents can actively engage in community governance and build a collective governance structure,which,in turn,can provide feedback and support the high-quality de-velopment of community education.Based on project-based research,six practical functions of community education in assisting community governance have been identified.Based on the problem analysis,this study proposes several strategies for community education to assist community governance,including innovating lifelong learning models,deepening the connotation of community education,leveraging the role of community education institutions,highlighting the value of education,constructing a community governance collective,enhancing community self-organization,and guiding diverse stakeholders to par-ticipate in establishing a new community governance system.
