摘要
开放教育课程思政融入乡村振兴"领头雁"人才培养是发挥开放教育普惠作用,实现课程思政育人价值的重要抓手.依托云南开放大学针对村(社区)干部学历继续教育的管理学课程,课程思政与知识讲解、要点巩固、沟通互动、实践体验等教学环节有机融合的路径,目前仍然存在思政元素挖掘的系统性和深入度不够、课程思政呈现方式不够丰富及时代性不足、课程思政效果考核不完善等问题.需要从以专业思政建设把课程思政连点成线突出其在能力塑造中的效用、结合新媒体技术盘活课程思政育人方式、发挥开放教育远程平台和体系办学优势形成线上线下的混合育人效果考核等方面来改进完善.
Abstract
Integrating ideological and political education into open education for training leaders in rural revitalization is a crucial strategy to maximize the inclusive function of open education and realize the value of ideological and political education.This study takes the management courses designed for a continuing degree program for village(community)leaders at Yunnan Open University as an example.It explores the pathway to organically integrate ideological and political education into the professional knowledge delivery,key point reinforcement,communication,and practical experience.Currently,issues are identified,including a lack of systematic and in-depth incorporation of ideological elements,limited diversity and contemporaneity in presentation methods,and incomplete assessment of the educational outcomes.The study proposes improvements in the following areas:linking professional ideological education to highlight its role in skill development,utilizing new media technologies to innovate teaching methods,and leveraging the advantages of open education's remote platforms to create a blended learning environment that effectively integrates online and offline assessment.
