摘要
从教育生态学的视角出发,结合目前医学学历继续教育在线教学的实际开展情况,探究了医学学历继续教育在线教学生态中的生命发展过程、生态位平衡、生态主体进化、营养物质传输以及限制因子和花盆效应五个方面的问题,并从人才培养目标、教学流程、教学平台、教学内容、学习支持和评价五个维度,构建医学学历继续教育在线教学体系.
Abstract
From the perspective of education ecology,this study explores problems of online teaching in continuing medical degree education from the following five aspects,including life development process,ecological niche balance,ecological subject evolution,nutrient transmission,limiting factors and the flowerpot effect,in viewing the actual development of online teaching in medical continuing education.It proposes constructing an online teaching system for medical degree continuing education across five dimensions:educational goals,teaching process,teaching platform,teaching content,learning support,and evaluation.
