摘要
职业群体的重要性随着职业的革新发展不断提高.如今,职业群体已经成为公民个体所具有的最稳定持久的群体关系.产生道德影响是职业群体的基本功能,从道德意识、道德规范和道德活动三个维度出发确立分析框架,以职业文化、职业群体正式规范与潜规则、职业群体内部舆论为着手点,对职业群体影响公民个体道德的作用路径进行分析.依托职业群体通过树立典型人物、提升内部规范、完善正式制度和引导评议内容能有效推动公民个体道德水平的提高,实现我国公民道德建设工程的高质量发展.
Abstract
The importance of occupational groups has increased with the evolution of occupations.Nowadays,they have become the most stable and enduring relationships for individual citizens.A key function of occupational groups is their moral influence.In this study,an analytical framework is es-tablished from three dimensions:moral awareness,moral norms and moral activities.It also analysed the influencing pathways of occupational groups on individual morality from the perspectives of occupational culture,formal norms and hidden rules within occupational groups,and internal group opinion.By le-veraging occupational groups to promote exemplary individuals,strengthening internal norms,refining formal systems,and guiding evaluations and comments,the moral level of individuals can be effectively elevated,thereby to fulfil the high-quality development of civic morality construction project in China.
