摘要

在数字中国时代背景下,数字技术正在重塑教育生态,以现代信息技术为依托的开放教育必将面临数字化转型的时代命题.开放教育的数字化转型尚处于起步阶段,聚焦教学维度的全链条、全业务流程,数字平台底座建设连通度低、数字资源开发力度不足、教学实施过程协同度低、教学质量评价适用性和智能性不强,是当前面临的四大困境.针对以上困境,提出推动开放教育数字化转型的四条实践路径,一是强化平台顶层设计,打造互联互通新生态;二是加大数字资源开发力度,促进数量质量双提升;三是提高师生数字素养,打造人机协同育人格局;四是建立多元化评价体系,技术赋能教育评价改革.

Abstract

In the context of China's digital era,digital technology is reshaping the educational ecosystem.Open education,which relies on modern information technology,is inevitably confronted with the challenges of digital transformation.Currently,the digital transformation of open education is still in its nascent stage,focusing on the whole process of teaching dimension.And it is facing four major challenges:limited connectivity in the construction of digital platforms,insufficient development of digital resources,low levels of coordination when implementing teaching,and inadequate applicability and intelligence in the evaluation of teaching quality.To address these challenges,four practical pathways are proposed to promote the digital transformation of open education.First,strengthen the top-level design of platforms to create a new interconnected ecosystem;second,increase efforts in developing digital resources to improve both quantity and quality;third,enhance the digital literacy of both teachers and students to foster a human-machine collaborative educational platform,and fourth,establish a diversified evaluation system to empower reforms in educational evaluation using technology.
