摘要
少数民族地区人民综合素质和民族认同感的提升不仅是地区发展的需要,也是保障社会稳定民族团结的需要.远程开放教育打破了年龄、经济条件、地区、学习时间等因素的限制,为民族地区居民提供了更好的受教育机会,对促进民族教育发展具有重要战略意义.但大规模办学为开放教育的高质量发展带来巨大挑战,如何有效促进高水平内涵式发展是开放教育可持续发展的关键.通过分析云南省少数民族开放教育发展的现状、困境,从教育理念、课程设置、双语教学资源开发、师资队伍建设、学习平台建设等角度展开研究并提出可行性对策和建议,以期为提高民族教育质量、促进民族团结发展做出贡献.
Abstract
Enhancing the comprehensive quality and ethnic identity of people in ethnic minority regions is essential not only for regional development but also for ensuring social stability and national unity.Distance open education,by removing barriers related to age,economic conditions,location,and learning time,offers residents in ethnic regions more accessible and feasible educational opportunities.This has strategic significance for the advancement of ethnic education.However,implementing large-scale open education presents substantial challenges to maintaining its high-quality development.The key to the sustainable development of open education lies in effectively promoting high-level,content-rich growth.This study analyzes the current state and challenges of open education in Yunnan's ethnic minority regions and explores strategies in areas such as educational philosophy,curriculum design,bilingual teaching resource development,faculty training,and learning platform construction.The study provides practical solutions and suggestions that aim to enhance the quality of ethnic education and promote ethnic unity and development.
