开放大学服务学习型社会建设的发展定位、优势特色和路径选择

摘要
开放大学是以服务全民终身学习为使命的新型高等院校,在服务学习型社会中承担着协调者和组织者的重任,具有遍布全国的办学体系、面向大众的非学历教育、服务终身学习的平台资源、灵活多样的学习方式等优势特色.同时,在服务学习型社会建设中也存在着比较突出的短板劣势,需要通过进一步完善开放大学一体化办学机制体制、主动发挥服务学习型社会建设组织者和协调者的作用、建立完善服务全民终身学习的在线教育平台、加快推进学分银行建设、建立完善的服务学习型社会建设的评价体系等有效举措,高质量服务学习型社会建设.
Abstract
The Open University is a new type of university with the mission of serving the whole population's lifelong learning,It has many advantages,such as wide distribution all over the country,non-diploma education for the public,platform resources for lifelong learning,flexible and diverse learning methods.At the same time,in the construction of service-learning society,there are also relatively prominent shortcomings,it is necessary to take some effective measures,such as further improving the integrated mechanism of running open universities,actively playing the role of the organizer and co-ordinator of the construction of a service-learning society,establishing an online education platform for lifelong learning for all,accelerating the construction of credit banks,and establishing a perfect evaluation system for the construction of a service-learning society,etc.,for building a learning society with high-quality service.
