雷锋精神融入高职院校劳动教育的实践研究——以云南国防工业职业技术学院为例

摘要
结合新时代背景下劳动教育的重要性与雷锋精神的时代内涵,总结两者之间的内在联系,通过文献研究与调查问卷的方法对高职院校劳动教育与雷锋精神融合的现状进行分析,结合工作实践探索出雷锋精神融入高职院校劳动教育的四条途径,分别是以"党建+"建设劳动实践基地、挖掘典型树立榜样示范作用、"理论+实践"相互促进,融合发展、加强思政教育,树立正确价值观.并总结出雷锋精神融入高职院校劳动教育的实践意义为可以提升劳动教育的育人价值,为学生的全面发展提供路径,有利于构建"三全育人"长效机制.
Abstract
This study explores the integration of the Spirit of Lei Feng into labor education within vocational colleges,emphasizing its importance in the context of the new era and the contemporary connotation of Lei Feng's spirit.By summarizing the intrinsic connection between these two aspects,the study analyses the current state of integrating Lei Feng's spirit with labor education in vocational colleges through literature review and surveys.Drawing on practical experience,this study identifies four pathways for integration:establishing labor practice bases through the"CPC Building+"initiative,highlighting exemplary figures as role models,promoting the mutual reinforcement of"theory+practice"for integrated development,and strengthening ideological and political education to foster correct values.The study concludes that integrating Lei Feng's spirit into labor education in vocational colleges not only enhances the educational value of labour education,but also provides a pathway for students'holistic development and contributes to the establishment of a sustainable"Three All-Round Education"mechanism.
