摘要

符号互动论阐释了人与人通过符号进行互动并形成深层次互动交流关系,对于高校师生互动具有重要的启示意义.高职学校作为培养技能型人才的重要场所,在教育中应该把学生规则意识的培养放在重要位置,并不断通过创新教育方式和内容来培养学生的规则意识.而规则意识作为现代公民必备能力之一,是规范学生行为,助力建设安全有序校园的关键.探寻培养高职学生规则意识现状,通过寻找共同的网络互动文字符号、记录和解释符号互动内容、创设教育性的环境符号、激发学生自我管理、重视课程思政教育、拉近师生感情,将文化符号种进心里;多渠道因材施教,加深对规则的认知和理解,促进师生良性互动,增强高职学生规则意识.

Abstract

Symbolic interaction theory explains how people interact with each other and form deep interactive relationships through symbols,which provides valuable insights for the interactions between teachers and students in higher education.Vocational colleges,as key institutions for cultivating skilled professionals,shall prioritize the development of students'rule awareness.This can be achieved by continually innovating educational methods and content.Rule awareness is a critical ability for modern citizens,and essential for regulating student behaviour and helping to build a safe and orderly campus.This study explores the current situation of rule awareness among vocational college students,and proposes strategies such as identifying common symbols used in online interactions,recording and interpreting the contents of these symbolic interactions,creating educational environmental symbols,encouraging students'self-management,emphasizing ideological and political education in curriculum,and building closer teacher-student relationships,to internalize cultural symbols.By using these multiple personalized teaching approaches,this study aims to deepen students'understanding of rule,foster positive interaction between teachers and students,and improve rule awareness among vocational college students.
