中国式现代化视域下中缅边境陆地口岸高质量发展研究

摘要
中缅边境陆地口岸建设始于1952年,随着改革开放战略向沿边地区的拓展延伸和西部大开发战略的实施,中缅边境陆地口岸快速发展,建设进一步完善.作为国家对缅开放的门户,中缅边境陆地口岸的高质量发展是中国式现代化道路在边疆地区的生动实践,具有有别于其他区域的重要性.中国式现代化建设背景下,促进中缅边境陆地口岸高质量发展实践路径主要有提升口岸功能,加快基础设施现代化建设;大力发展进出口贸易和加工贸易,加强贸易现代化建设;提升以国门为核心的中华文化建设,注重口岸区域的文化交流.
Abstract
The development of China-Myanmar land ports began in 1952,and has experienced rapid growth and further improvements with the expansion of China's reform and opening-up strategy to border areas,along with the implementation of the Western Development Strategy.As key gateways for China's opening to Myanmar,the high-quality development of these land ports represents a vital practice of Chinese modernization in border regions,holding unique significance compared to other areas.In the context of Chinese modernization,the main strategies for promoting high-quality development of China-Myanmar land ports include enhancing port functions and accelerating the modernization of infrastructure;vigorously developing import,export,and processing trade while strengthening trade modernization;and promoting Chinese cultural construction focused on national borders,with an emphasis on cultural ex-change in port areas.
