摘要
时代发展与变革对金融人才培养提出了更高的要求,近年来教育部提出的"新文科"建设理念正是指导传统金融专业改革升级的最好契机.传统开放教育金融专业人才培养存在价值引领作用不强、学科交叉融合不足、教育技术应用不充分等问题."新文科"理念下开放教育金融专业可以从课程思政改革、学科交叉与产教融合、发掘应用新的教育技术等方向进行改革,进而提升开放教育金融专业的人才培养水平,更好地适应时代发展的人才需求.
Abstract
The developing and evolving era has put forward higher requirements for training financial professionals.Recently,the concept of"New Liberal Arts"proposed by the Ministry of Education presents an ideal opportunity to guide the reform and upgrading of traditional finance programs.The current open education finance program faces challenges such as limited leading role of value,insufficient interdisciplinary integration,and underutilization of educational technology.Under the concept of"New Liberal Arts",the open education finance program can be advanced by reforming ideological and political education within courses,enhancing interdisciplinary and industry-education integration,and exploring new educational technologies.These reforms aim to improve the talent cultivation in open education finance programs,which would further align with the needs of contemporary development better.
