刍议老年教育数字化转型的实践探索

摘要
教育数字化转型已经成为上海城市建设的重要抓手,上海作为全国唯一的教育综合改革国家试点地区,承担了全国教育数字化转型试点的重任.终身教育领域于2022年提出并正式启动老年数字教育进社区的项目,一方面前期疫情促动老年数字教育应运而生,更重要的是终身教育数字化转型已经全面提上日程.在分析老年数字教育进社区行动实践中信息技术渗透终身教育的形势与趋势的基础上,对全市应用数字化手段改善和补充完善终身教育方面进行了全景式扫描,以老年教育网络直播课作为实践案例,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面展示教育数字化转型的场景与应对的挑战.
Abstract
The digital transformation of education has become a key initiative in urban development of Shanghai.As the only national pilot area for comprehensive educational reform in China,Shanghai shoulders the responsibility of piloting the digital transformation of education nationwide.In 2022,lifelong education was proposed with a project launched formally to introduce digital education for the elderly in communities.While initially accelerated by the pandemic of COVID-19,this initiative is primarily driven by the comprehensive agenda for lifelong education's digital transformation.Based on an analysis of the trends and integration of information technology in the community-based digital education initiative for the elderly,this study provides a panoramic overview of how Shanghai leverages digital tools to improve and enhance lifelong education.Using online live-stream courses for elderly learners as a practical case,it examines the digital transformation of education from macro,medium,and micro perspectives,highlighting the scenarios and challenges involved.
