数字时代社区老年教育的价值使命、现实挑战与发展路径

摘要
发展社区老年教育可以满足城乡老年人更为广泛的学习需求,推动社区教育资源下沉,破解老年教育的供给难题.面向数字时代,社区老年教育的发展需从个人、教育、社会三个层面明晰其所具备的价值使命.当前,社区老年教育面临着教育理念滞后、教育支持不足、教育方式单一、教育内容局限的现实挑战.适应数字时代发展,社区老年教育应更新理念,提高规划科学性;加大支持,促进供给普及性;创新方式,推动数字适老性;丰富内容,实现学习适需性.
Abstract
Developing community-based elderly education can satisfy the broader learning needs of urban and rural elderly populations,facilitate the distribution of educational resources within com-munities,and solve the supply issues in elderly education.In the digital age,the development of community elderly education requires a clear explanation of its value mission from personal,educational,and societal perspectives.Currently,community elderly education faces practical challenges,including outdated educational concepts,insufficient support,simplified teaching method,and restricted content.To adapt to the digital era,community elderly education should update its concepts to improve strategic planning,increase support to broaden accessibility,innovate teaching methods to enhance digital inclusivity among the elderly,and diversify content to align with learning needs.
