教育数字化背景下开放大学学历教育与非学历教育融通研究——以学前教育专业为例

摘要
数字化转型背景下,网络教育、在线教育为开放大学学历教育和非学历教育的发展提供了机遇.当前,开放大学学历教育与非学历教育融通存在缺乏政策支持及机制保障、融通方式比较单一等障碍,需要从引培并举补齐人才短板、构建开放灵活智慧教育新形态、探索学分转化制度、完善多样化融媒体育人机制等方面来实现学历与非学历的有效融通.
Abstract
In the context of digital transformation,online and network education provide opportunities for the development of both degree and non-degree programs at open universities.However,there are currently obstacles to integrating degree and non-degree education,including insufficient policy support,lack of institutional guarantees,and limited integration approaches.Effective integration of these edu-cational paths requires addressing talent gaps through recruiting new talents and providing training for current faculty,building new forms of open and flexible digital education,exploring credit transfer systems,and enhancing diverse,media-integrated education mechanisms.
