开放教育宪法课程思政案例设计与实践探索

摘要
宪法作为开放教育法学专业核心课程和先修课程,其课程思政的教学设计、教学要求和实施方案应当立足于新形势下乡村振兴法治人才培养的需要,融合开放教育信息技术的优势,提升知识传授的深度和广度,将思政元素巧妙融入线上数字化教学资源和线下面授、小组学习和课程实践环节等教学过程中.以"铸牢中华民族共同体意识宪法宣讲"课程思政案例教学为例,运用"四维空间""四步法""六环节",打造立体化思政育人链条,实现线上线下有效融通,探索以乡村振兴法治人才培养为目标的宪法课程思政案例教学设计创新路径.
Abstract
The ideological and political education(IPE)design,teaching requirements,and implementation plan of the constitutional course,which is a core and prerequisite course in the law major program of open education,should address the demand for cultivating rural legal talents under new circumstances of rural revitalization.They should integrate the advantages of information technology in open education,deepen and broaden knowledge delivery while seamlessly embed the ideological and political educational elements into digital teaching resources,face-to-face teaching sessions,group study,and the course practice activities.Using the course of"Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation through Constitutional Education"as an example,its ideological and political education employs the"Four dimensions,""Four-Step Approach,"and"Six Stages"to build a comprehensive ideological educational framework,and to achieve effective online-offline integration.This study explores innovative approaches in designing case studies for integrating ideological and political education in constitution course,with a focus on training legal talents for rural revitalization.
