摘要

提升开放大学学生管理工作质量,对我国实现教育现代化、建成教育强国具有重大价值意蕴.开放大学学生管理工作目前面临的困境和难题包括,管理理念现代化程度不高,系统设计不足;教育对象来源多元,管理难度大;思政工作队伍数量和专业性不足;缺乏完善的教育评价机制.通过树立高质量育人的学生管理理念,建构以学生为主体的自我管理体系,打造专业的师资队伍,搭建以网络和大数据为基础的管理平台等方式,为提升开放大学的学生管理质量探索有效路径.

Abstract

Improving the quality of student management in open universities holds significant value for achieving educational modernization and the goal of becoming an educational powerhouse in China.Current challenges in student management at open universities include,insufficient modernization of management concepts,inadequate system design,increased management difficulties due to the diverse backgrounds of students,a shortage of specialized ideological and political education staff,and a lack of a comprehensive educational evaluation mechanism.To address these challenges,this study explores effective pathways to improve student management quality,including adopting a high-quality education management philosophy,establishing a student-centered self-management system,developing a professional teaching staff,and constructing a management platform based on networks and big data.
