摘要
新质生产力在形成与发展过程中推动我国高等职业教育高质量发展,既是内在的发展需求,也是时代发展的外在要求.新时代发展新质生产力推动高等职业教育高质量发展,要以科技创新为驱动、以高层次创新型人才为支撑、以战略性教育生态为载体来推动高等职业教育高质量发展.然而,通过调查,发现新质生产力赋能高等职业教育高质量发展的过程中存在基础设施不完善、人才培养体系不完整、协同机制匮乏、缺乏高质量发展模式等现实问题.为此应采取完善数字技术基础设施,打造技术创新环境、改进人才培养体系,完善人才管理模式、建设现代化多元协同机制,多元主体间和谐共生、构建高等职业教育高质量发展实践模式,提高产教融合质量的路径.
Abstract
The formation and development of new productive forces drive the high-quality devel-opment of education in China,which is not only the demands for internal growth but also the external requirements of the era.In the new era,advancing new productive forces to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education requires a focus on scientific and technological innovation as the drive,high-level innovative talents as the support,and strategic educational ecosystem as the carrier.However,an investigation of the current situation reveals practical problems in empowering higher vocational education development through new productive forces,including incomplete infrastructure,an incomplete talent training system,lack of collaborative mechanisms,and an absence of high-quality development models.Addressing these issues this study proposes to improve digital technology infra-structure,foster a technology innovation environment,enhance the talent training system,refine talent management models,establish a modern,diversified collaborative mechanism,harmonious coexistence among multiple stakeholders,and build a practical model for high-quality development in higher vo-cational education to increase the quality of industry-education integration.
