摘要
高等职业院校立德树人工作是教育强国建设在职业教育教学过程中的生动呈现.立德树人在高等职业教育中的核心地位、社会对高素质技术技能人才的迫切需求与职业院校在立德树人中肩负的重大使命和责任,共同勾勒出立德树人是时势之需的必然逻辑.以文化人的内在基础、数字文化环境的新机遇与文化建设的资源库描绘出职业院校立德树人的现实可能空间.在实践中,通过以文化为纽带的实施路径,坚持主流文化价值引领,深化全过程工匠精神的培育,进一步明晰立德树人在职业院校中的文化实现路向.
Abstract
The efforts of moral education and character-building in higher vocational colleges vividly reflect the mission of building a leading country in education within the context of vocational education.The core role of moral education in higher vocational education,the societal demand for highly skilled talent,and the significant mission and responsibility vocational colleges bear in this regard together underscore the necessity of moral education in response to contemporary needs.The intrinsic foundation of cultural education,opportunities brought by the digital cultural environment,and the resource pool of cultural construction outline the feasibilities for moral education in vocational colleges.In practice,this can be achieved by implementing approaches linked by culture,adhering to the guidance of mainstream cultural values,and deepening the cultivation of a craftsmanship spirit of throughout the educational process,thereby further clarifying the path for cultural realization of moral education in vocational colleges.
