摘要
职业教育适应性是专业群建设的出发点和落脚点,唯有精准适应才能确保职业教育高质量发展,提高人才培养质量,增强职业教育特色类型特征.通过全面剖析高职大数据与会计专业群建设案例,发现存在"入口-过程-出口"体系的不适应、区域环境下供需市场不适应、专业群课程结构单一造成的"固本和新技术"融合不适应等突出问题,从理顺体系、供需联动、守正创新、双元育人等方面优化任务建设,实现高职教育内涵式高质量发展.
Abstract
Adaptability in vocational education is both the starting point and the ending goal of professional cluster development.Only by achieving precise adaptability can vocational education ensure high-quality development,improve talent training quality,and enhance the distinctive characteristics of vocational education.Through an in-depth analysis of the construction of the Big Data and Accounting professional cluster in a higher vocational college,this study identifies prominent issues such as mis-matches within the"entry-process-exit"system,discrepancies between supply and demand in the regional market,and single course structure that hinder the integration of foundational and new tech-nologies.Recommendations proposed for optimizing cluster development include streamlining systems,promoting supply-demand linkages,encouraging innovation with established practices,and fostering dual-educator approaches to achieve high-quality,intrinsic development in vocational education.
