摘要
旅游业高质量发展亟需大量高素质、技能型的综合性旅游管理专业人才,高职旅游管理专业教育承担着为旅游业培养优秀人才的重任.针对当前高职旅游管理专业教育面临的学生职业素质不高、课程体系构建不合理、实践教学目标不明确、师资力量较为薄弱、产教合而不融等多维困境,从充分发挥学校主导作用、依据文旅业发展动态构建专业课程体系、构建明确的实践教学目标体系、加强师资队伍建设、深化产教融合等层面提出了促进高职旅游管理专业教育高质量发展的对策.
Abstract
The high-quality development of the tourism industry urgently requires a large number of well-qualified,skilled professionals in comprehensive tourism management.Higher vocational education in tourism management plays a crucial role in training such talent for the industry.This study addresses the current challenges facing tourism management programs in higher vocational institutions,including low professional competence among students,unreasonable curriculum structure,undefined objectives for practical training,weak faculty resources,and a lack of effective integration between industry and education.Recommendations for promoting high-quality development include enhancing the leadership role of institutions,aligning curriculum design with evolving trends in the cultural and touristic industry,establishing clear objectives for practical training,strengthening faculty capacity development,and deepening industry-education integration.
