走和平发展道路作为中国式现代化的五大特征之一,是中国共产党带领中国人民站在全球高度对中国式现代化宏伟蓝图做出的擘画,是以人为本的理念在世界范围内的丰富和拓展.首先,走和平发展道路的现代化是走和平、发展、合作、共赢的现代化之路,与人类命运共同体中所蕴含的"和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由"全人类共同价值高度契合.其次,人类命运共同体理念为和平发展道路的现代化提供全球层面发展观、安全观、生态观和文明观的价值引领,和平发展道路的现代化为构建人类命运共同体提供行之有效的实践路径,二者共同为化解世界发展难题、全球经济危机、生态环境危机等提供世界观和方法论的指导,也为人类社会进步、人类文明新形态的发展提供可资参考的道路模式.再次,走和平发展道路的现代化是对"中国威胁论"等谎言谬论的回击,深刻展现了大国责任和大国担当,对凝聚共促发展国际共识、构建新型全球发展伙伴关系等方面具有重大世界意义.
Abstract
Taking the road of peaceful development as one of the five characteristics of the Chinese-style modernization is the blueprint for the Chinese path to modernization made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC from a global per-spective.It is the enrichment and expansion of the people-oriented concept in the world.Firstly,modernization following the path of peaceful development is a kind of modernization that follows the path of peace,development,cooperation and win-win results.It is highly compatible with the common values of"peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy,and freedom"contained in the community with a shared future for mankind.Secondly,the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind has much value for guiding the development,security,ecology,and civilization in the modernization process of peace-ful development.The modernization process of peaceful development provides an effective practical path for building a community with a shared future for mankind.Together,the two provide guidance on the worldview and methodology for resolving challenges in the world development,global economic crises,ecological and environmental crises as well as for the progress of human soci-ety.The development of new forms of human civilization provides a path model for reference.Once again,following the path of modernization through peaceful development is a response to lies and fallacies such as the"China threat theory",deeply demon-strating the responsibility and responsibility of a major country.It has much global significance for enhancing international con-sensus on promoting common development and building a new global partnership for development.
