习近平总书记在全国思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的重要讲话阐明了学校思政课建设发展的逻辑演进、思想脉动和改革创新辩证关系,是新时代学校思想政治理论课建设的根本遵循.五年来,高校思想政治理论课始终贯穿着立德树人目标引领、现实问题的审视立正、守正创新的思想内核、意识形态边界逻辑来全方位确证和推进高质量改革创新.立德树人目标引领是对"为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人"这个根基问题的哲学透视,现实问题的审视立正是通过分析制约高校思政课建设中存在问题及原因进而为塑造思政课新格局提供思想支撑,守正创新的思想内核就是要理解思政课必须以守正创新之道来延展丰富的道义之理,意识形态边界逻辑则是审视思政课课程内容的马克思主义本质属性和体现马克思主义意识形态.上述四个方面全面呈现"目标任务、立点、内核、边界"四位一体的思想逻辑,为落实好立德树人根本任务提供了系统支撑,造就了新时代高校思想政治理论课改革创新发展新格局.
Abstract
The CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the National Symposium for Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses has clarified the logical evolution,the ideological development and the dialectical relationship of reform and innovation in the ideological and political courses in Chinese universities,which is the fundamental principle for the devel-opment of the ideological and political courses in Chinese universities in the new era.In the past five years,the all-inclusive promotion of the reform and innovation of such courses has always adhered to the goal of cultivating virtue and talents,the target of examining correctly the actual problems,the ideological core of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,and the peripheral logic of ideology.Cultivating virtue and talents aims at the basic problem of"training for whom,training what kind of people and in what ways"in a philosophic perspective;examining correctly the actual problems aims at analyzing the ex-isting problems and their causes in connection with the obstacles hindering the development of the ideological and political cour-ses in order to provide ideological support for molding the new pattern;the ideological core of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground aims at expanding the moral vision.The peripheral logic of ideology aims at revealing the essential at-tributes of Marxism and the essence of Marxist ideology.The above four aspects reveal comprehensively the ideological logic of the four-in-one of"targeted tasks—stance—core—boundary",provide an all-round support for fulfilling the basic task of cultivating virtue and talents,and help create the new pattern of the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in Chinese universities in the new era.
