The equal emphasis on service and quality is an objective requirement for the high-quality development of social secu-rity.After the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the CPC and the government have continuously improved the so-cial security service models,and implemented temporary,organized,socialized,standardized,and digital service models in the ethnic areas of China.Through their own capacity building and special national support,these ethnic areas have formed a com-bined force deriving from the support of the central and local governments in terms of service subjects,advocated citizenship and institutional standards in terms of service objects,and strengthened the welfare community for all groups in terms of service goals.They have achieved social security services from scratch,from availability to equality,and then from equality to excel-lence,and established an integrated and shared service pattern.In the new era of socialism,these ethnic areas should follow and optimize the overall management approaches,enhance their own management capabilities through the help of the external talent and technical support,gradually eliminate service boundaries to promote the rational flow of the talent and labor,promote social security services to benefit the border areas,and further enhance the Chinese national community consciousness through public service communities.
