晋商信用制度的层次性探究

摘要
晋商在明清时期发展迅速,这与他们在经营过程中坚持传统的儒商伦理思想密不可分,这种思想突出体现在其信用机制上.文章从晋商的个体信用和集体信用两个层次探讨晋商信用在其发展中所发挥的作用.具体来看,晋商的个体信用主要体现在与商号雇员和交易对象之间的"相与"关系,其集体信用主要体现在标期制度和行会组织两个方面.正是这种个体信用与集体信用的相互促进,最终促进了晋商的发展壮大.
Abstract
The rapid development of Shanxi merchants in the Ming and Qing dynasties was closely related to their adherence to the traditional Confucian business ethics,which was embodied clearly in their credit mechanism.This paper discusses the func-tions of Shanxi merchants'credit in its development at the personal level and at the collective level.The former is mainly embod-ied in the relationship between the employees of a business and the trading partners,while the latter is mainly embodied in the system of the fixed time for the credit and the trading guilds.It is the mutual promotion of the two kinds of credit that finally pro-motes the development of Shanxi merchants.
