The Communist Party of China has proposed"we should combine the basic principles of Marxism with China's specif-ic realities(hereinafter the first combination)".On this basis,the CPC has proposed"we should combine the basic principles of Marxism with the excellent traditional Chinese culture(hereinafter the second combination)",fully demonstrating the CPC's responsibility for the new mission and its subjective consciousness in the new era.The proposal of the"second combination"is another major ideological liberation of Chinese Communists,providing important principles and methods for the innovative devel-opment of the Marxist theory in the new era and the creative transformation of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.There-fore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to expound the underlying justifications and final goal of the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture in terms of expanding the space of theoretical innovation and constructing the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
