Although the reproductive rights in the sense of human rights,public rights and social rights have received much at-tention from the theoretical community,the reproductive rights in the sense of private law have not received the attention they deserve.This article comprehensively reveals the nature of private rights in reproductive rights,correctly defines the attributes of personality rights in reproductive rights,reveals the characteristics of private rights in reproductive rights,and elaborates on the construction of the relations of private law in reproductive rights and their powers and functions,which is conducive to deepening the theoretical research of private rights in reproductive rights,guiding the construction of the private law system of reproductive rights,and improving and strengthening the private law protection of reproductive rights.
