摘要
从"大数据与国土空间规划的衔接应用、土地资源与森林资源的整合利用、现代农业与传统农业的合理规划"三个方面,结合粮食安全、防灾减灾、经济发展进行分析,提出生态与生活、生产协调发展的思路,实现双碳目标,统筹好发展和安全.
Abstract
The ideas of coordinated development of ecology,life and production were put forward from three aspects of big data and land and space planning convergence applications,integration of land resources and forest resources,modern agriculture and traditional agriculture rational planning combining with food security,disaster prevention and mitigation,economic development analysis,which would help to achieve the dual carbon goals and harmonize the development.
