Health Risk and Ecological Risk Assessment of Ammonia Nitrogen in Surface Water of Tianjin
In order to scientifically characterize the risks caused by ammonia nitrogen in surface water to human health and ecological environment to accurately control pollution and risk, the health risk and ecological risk assessment model recommended by USEPA were used, the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the surface water of Tianjin from 2016 to 2020 was selected for health risk and ecological risk assessment. The results showed that the health risk of ammonia nitrogen in surface water of Tianjin was 1.14×10-4~2.35×10-2,which was much lower than standard 1.The ecological risk of ammonia nitrogen ranged from 0.3 to 25.4,and chronic ecological risk in summer was risky or high risky. The health risk and ecological risk of ammonia nitrogen showed bimodal phenomenon, and both showed significant seasonal variation characteristics. There were significant spatial differences in health risks and ecological risks of ammonia nitrogen. The evaluation method used in this study can objectively characterize the risk degree caused by ammonia nitrogen in surface water to human health and ecological environment, which provided important reference for Chinese environmental management departments to conduct water quality supervision and similar research in the industry.
