新型城镇化背景下云南省建筑业碳排放特征及影响因素研究

对云南省建筑业碳排放进行测算,分析建筑全生命周期各阶段碳排放特征,并利用STIRPAT模型从人口、经济、技术、城镇化四个方面对分析影响云南省建筑碳排放的因素。结果表明:云南建筑业碳排放量总体呈现增长趋势,碳排放主要来自建材准备阶段与建筑运行阶段两个阶段;导致云南省建筑业碳排放量增加的主要因素按影响程度大小排序:人口密度、人均生产总值、城镇化率、建筑业发展水平。基于此结合现有政策分析和专家访谈结果,总结云南省建筑生命周期各阶段的减碳措施。
Study on the Carbon Emission Characteristics and Influencing Factors of the Construction Industry in Yunnan Province under the Background of New Urbanization
The carbon emissions of the construction industry in Yunnan Province were calculated and analyzed as well as the carbon emission characteristics of each stage of the entire life cycle of buildings.The STIRPAT model was used to analyze the factors that affected the carbon emissions of buildings from four aspects involving in population,economy,technology,and urbanization.The results showed that the overall carbon emissions of Yunnan's construction industry were increasing with carbon emissions mainly coming from two stages:the preparation stage of building materials and the operation stage of buildings.The main factors leading to the increase in carbon emissions from the construction industry were ranked according to the degree of impact as population density,per capita GDP,urbanization rate,and development level of the construction industry.Finally,through literature review and expert interviews,combined with the analysis of carbon emissions characteristics and influencing factors in Yunnan's construction industry,the carbon reduction measures for each stage of the construction lifecycle were summarized.
