摘 要:基于对云南省工业企业、重点区域等的环境问题调查排查情况,根据环境风险隐患问题数据进行分类分级,分析环境风险隐患问题与行业类别的关系及环境风险源的主要集中区域.提出降低环境风险隐患的整改措施及方法,有效防范环境风险,为加快解决生态环境突出问题,降低工业企业环境风险隐患提供思路,并探索建立和完善生态环境风险管控长效机制.
Abstract
Based on the investigation of the environmental problems of industrial enterprises and key regions in Yunnan Province,this article classified the data of environmental risk problems,analyzed the relationship between hidden environmental issues and industry category and the main concentration areas of environmental risk sources.The paper put forward the rectifying measures and methods to reduce the environmental risks,to effectively prevent the environmental risks,to speed up the solution of outstanding eco-environmental problems,and to provide ideas for alleviating the environmental risks of industrial enterprises.The ways to establish and improve a long-term mechanism for ecological and environmental risk management were explored.
