Distribution Characteristics and Risk Assessment of Antibiotics in Drinking Water Sources in Chengdu
In order to explore the risk degree of water environment of the water source areas,21drinking water sources in Chengdu were selected as the research object, and the concentration of 16 sulfonamide antibiotics were tested by solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquidchromatography-mass spectrometry, and the ecological risks as well as health risks to adults and children of 16 sulfonamide antibiotics were evaluated using risk quotient methods. The results showed that the detection range of sulfonamides was 0.10~343.36 ng/L,and the average concentration was 34.51 ng/L.The ecological risk assessment results showed that there were 2 water sources area with high ecological risk and 5 water sources area at medium ecological risk. The rest were at low risk area. The ecological risk assessment results indicated that the sulfonamide antibiotics had no potential risk to human health and children's health in the 21 drinking water sources.
