Construction of Ecological Security Pattern based on Eco-redlines:A Case Study of Zhaoqing City
Taking Zhaoqing City as the study area, the Eco-redlines are identified as the significant ecological sources and,the ecological corridors are extracted by using the minimum cumulative resistance model, which are used to construct the Ecological Security Pattern in Zhaoqing City. The study found out that the Eco-redlines,which are delimited by using both of qualitative and quantitative research methods can be identified as the ecological source directly. There are 87 significant ecological sources identified in Zhaoqing City, with an area of 2717.39 km2 and account for 18.24%of total areas of Zhaoqing City, which include 9 one-level ecological sources and 78 two-level ecological sources. There are 57 ecological corridors extracted in Zhaoqing City with a total length of 1871.15 km,which include 10 one-level ecological corridors connecting all the one-level ecological sources and 47 two-level ecological corridors connecting all the two-level ecological sources.
