污水厂"准Ⅲ类"排放标准提标改造设计探讨

针对昆明市出台的《DB 5301/T 43-2020城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放限值》要求,滇池南岸某污水处理厂需要提标改造至昆明A限值排放。综合分析了污水厂现有工艺和运行情况,得出提标改造的重点及难点是TN和TP的去除,需要对现状生化系统挖潜改造和新增深度脱氮、超级限除磷工序实现提标改造目标。根据污染物去除机理和相关工程实例分析,生化系统挖潜改造采用多点进水、加大回流比、缺氧区加碳源、多点化学除磷、控制溶解氧等措施,深度脱氮单元采用上向流反硝化生物滤池工艺,超级限除磷单元采用溶气气浮+过滤工艺;并介绍了各单元设计参数,将各工艺段有机结合,使整个系统稳定运行,最终出水达标排放。
Upgrading Scheme and Project Design of a WWTP for Quasi-level Ⅲ Criteria
The requirements of the Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant(DB 5301/T 43-2020)have been put forward in Kunming,a wastewater treatment plants(WWTP)in the south bank of Dianchi was required to be promoted to the class A effluent limits in its upgrading and reconstruction project.The existing process and operation situation of the WWTP were analyzed systematically,which showed that the further removal of TN and TP was regarded as the importance and difficulty of the project to achieve the project target by upgrading for biochemical pool and supplementing correspondingly special advanced treatment process for further removal of TN and TP.According to the results of the mechanism analysis for pollutants removal and the engineering examples,the upgrading for biochemical pool adopted the combined process of multi-point influent of increasing internal reflux ratio,feeding carbon source in anoxic zone,and multi-point chemical phosphorus removal and DO control.Additionally,the denitrification deep-bed filter and air floatation process were selected for the further removal of TN and TP,respectively.The design parameters were introduced,and combined with multistage treatment process,the whole treatment system had stable operation to finally reach the discharge standards.
